Tuft, Lach, Jerabek & O’Connell, PLLC (TLJO) wanted to provide a higher level of service, better security, and improved efficiency and accountability for their team and their clients, Never short on vision and with a strong understanding of technology, TLJO needed a partner who could help to deliver their vision without forcing them into a mold.

TLJO wanted a software solution that could improve efficiencies for their staff and for their clients. There wasn’t a solution built that delivered on their needs, so Technology By Design built it. TLJO wanted to be able to work with and attract the best talent, regardless of their chosen platform Technology By Design is equally comfortable on the Mac platform as it is on Windows; in the cloud to on the Local Area Network. It made no sense to have attorneys or paralegals spending billable hours on complex tasks, so Technology By Design provides a dedicated onsite engineer. When a new technology that best serves the needs of TLJO’s staff or clients arises, Technology By Design delivers it.
